AI SDR tools can help you find prospects and write outreach, but only some will answer the replies. We’ve compared nine options by the work they automate and the subscription you need to use them.
Aimfox Avatars is our first pick for LinkedIn prospecting through rented profiles. Your team chooses the audience and handles replies while Aimfox runs the campaigns. If you want an agent to answer prospect questions or book meetings with website visitors, the shortlist includes tools for those responsibilities too.
Which AI SDR tool should you choose?
- Choose Aimfox Avatars to run LinkedIn prospecting through rented profiles while your team manages targeting and replies.
- Choose Reply’s Jason AI to combine LinkedIn and email outreach with AI reply handling that you can adjust by question type.
- Choose AiSDR’s Solo plan if you work alone and want AI research with sending infrastructure on a month-to-month subscription.
- Choose Qualified’s Piper to qualify people already visiting your website and book them with the right salesperson.

1. Aimfox Avatars
Best for: Teams building a LinkedIn prospecting process around rented profiles and AI-assisted messaging.
![]()
Aimfox Avatars gives you LinkedIn profiles to use for outreach alongside the software that runs their campaigns. You can build a prospect list and send connection requests with follow-ups from those profiles. That makes Avatars our first choice when you want a dedicated LinkedIn prospecting setup without relying on every salesperson’s personal account.
Aimfox lets you assign prospect searches and outreach to different accounts. In a multi-account campaign, a Search account finds the audience while Worker accounts send the outreach. With a separate Sales Navigator account, you can find prospects for other connected profiles to contact. That Sales Navigator workflow requires a Sales Navigator license for the search account.
For message writing, AI Variables let you put prompts inside a template or generate the whole message. The prompts use information from the sender’s and recipient’s LinkedIn profiles. You can also import research from another AI tool through a CSV file and use those fields as custom variables in your messages.
Avatars costs US$387 per month for three profiles with three outreach seats. These are rented profiles created for outreach, rather than accounts belonging to employees. You can customize parts of their professional presentation, but not their names or photos. The profiles remain inside Aimfox and rentals typically involve multi-month purchases, as the rental terms explain.
For replies, plan on your team using the shared inbox described in our Aimfox review. Choose Reply’s Jason AI if you want the software to answer prospect questions.
2. Reply Jason AI
Best for: Teams that want an AI SDR to find prospects and manage email and LinkedIn conversations.

Jason AI can find contacts and continue the conversation after they reply. After you supply your website and business information, it can create an offer and find contacts who fit it. It then researches those contacts and writes their outreach. We’d choose Reply when finding prospects and answering their questions both take too much of your team’s time.
Reply’s most useful control is its reply handling by question type. You can let Jason answer automatically or have it prepare a draft. For questions that need a person, it can stop and notify your team. You might automate a familiar product question while keeping an unusual commercial request with a salesperson.
Those answers draw on the knowledge base you provide. Setting up Jason therefore includes explaining your offer and deciding which questions it should answer. Approval mode gives you a way to review generated messages before allowing more of the process to run automatically.
Reply’s AI SDR Starter plan costs US$800 per month with monthly billing. It includes 1,000 active contacts and two LinkedIn accounts. Annual billing lowers the price to US$500 per month, a US$300 monthly difference in exchange for the longer commitment. For Jason’s prospect research and AI reply handling, compare this AI SDR Starter price with other agents instead of using Reply’s cheaper outreach subscriptions.
3. AiSDR
Best for: An individual seller who wants AI prospect research and outreach with HubSpot integration.

With AiSDR’s Solo plan, an individual seller can start for US$250 a month. The subscription includes one sending domain with three mailboxes. You also get one LinkedIn account and one user, so the package suits a person running their own outreach more naturally than a shared sales team.
AiSDR researches prospects and uses that information to write email and LinkedIn outreach. It can also handle replies and synchronize with HubSpot in both directions. If you don’t already have outreach mailboxes, the included domain and mailboxes save you from buying and connecting a separate sending setup.
AiSDR’s Solo plan has separate research and message allowances, covering about 200 researched contacts per month and approximately 800 messages. An initial email and three follow-ups use four messages for one person. Longer sequences therefore use more of the message allowance even when your prospect list hasn’t grown.
We’d start with AiSDR’s Solo plan if you work alone and those allowances cover your monthly outreach. The month-to-month subscription also lets you start without committing to a quarter or a year. If several teammates need access or your research volume rises, compare AiSDR’s larger plans before treating Solo’s price as your ongoing team cost.
4. Salesforge Agent Frank
Best for: Teams that want an AI agent to keep finding prospects and running email outreach.

Agent Frank can keep searching for new prospects based on your ideal customer profile. That profile describes the companies and people you want to sell to. You can also upload your own contacts, which is useful when your team already has a list but needs help researching and contacting it.
Frank researches prospects before writing and can handle email replies through to a meeting request. In Co-Pilot mode, you review its work before messages go out. Auto-Pilot gives it more freedom to run the outreach. We’d favor Frank when you already know which customers to approach and want help finding more of them for your email campaigns.
Its pricing works around the number of contacts it handles at the same time. The starting subscription covers 1,000 active contacts for US$599 per month with quarterly billing. That’s US$1,797 for the quarter. Annual billing reduces the advertised monthly price to US$499, but commits you to US$5,988 for the year.
Frank’s subscription doesn’t include sending domains and mailboxes. You can connect your existing ones or buy them through Salesforge’s connected services. Access to manage Frank is included, but Salesforge’s separate product for outreach run by your team requires its own subscription.
5. Amplemarket Duo
Best for: Sales teams that want AI to prepare relevant outreach while reps decide what to send.

Duo Copilot finds people based on buying signals and prepares a sequence for each person. A rep can review the recommendation and send it or dismiss it with feedback.
That sequence can draw on a specific reason to contact someone. For example, a customer who championed your product might move to a new company. That existing relationship gives the rep a different conversation to start than a stranger with a matching title. Duo supplies the contact’s context alongside the suggested outreach, so the rep can decide whether the message makes sense before sending it.
After a prospect replies, Duo Inbox can draft an answer to a question or objection. We’d choose Duo for reps who want help preparing outreach and answering replies while deciding what to send themselves.
Amplemarket’s Startup plan costs US$600 per month on an annual term and includes two users. That works out to US$7,200 for a year. For one seller who only needs occasional help writing messages, paying for two users on an annual contract is harder to justify.
6. 11x Alice
Best for: Teams that want AI outreach with managed mailboxes and CRM synchronization included.

You give Alice your ideal customer profile and information about your business. Alice uses prospect research to personalize outreach and manage conversations. Its Smart Replies can handle responses and escalate conversations that need a human.
11x’s Growth plan includes managed mailboxes and two-way synchronization with your customer relationship management system, or CRM. The mailbox service includes setup and monitoring. When comparing Alice with another tool, include the cost of any separate mailbox services you’d otherwise need to buy.
Alice’s Growth plan starts at US$3,750 per month with annual billing for up to five users. It includes 2,000 new prospects each month. At the published starting rate, you’re committing US$45,000 for the year.
Alice’s plan details put multilingual outreach on its Pro plan and higher tiers. If your team sells in several languages, you’ll need a quote for Alice’s Pro plan rather than assuming the Growth plan covers that outreach.
7. Artisan Ava
Best for: Teams that want managed email prospecting and meeting booking with help from the vendor during rollout.

Artisan Ava finds leads and contacts them by email through your team’s domains. It can answer replies and book meetings for your reps. You can require approval before sending if you’d like to review its messages.
During setup, Artisan provides onboarding support and access to its team through Slack. You can connect it with Salesforce or HubSpot through two-way synchronization. We’d choose Artisan if you want help configuring email outreach as well as an agent to run it.
Artisan’s Team plan is sized around 2,500 contacted leads per month, while its Scale plan is sized around 6,000. Both require a quote. Your lead volume and sending mailboxes help determine the price, so ask for a quote based on the number of people you intend to contact.
Artisan’s AI dialer add-on is sold per seat for your reps to use. Ava can handle email while a person takes the calls, but adding the dialer doesn’t turn Ava into an autonomous phone salesperson. Include the calling seats in your quote only if your team will use them.
8. RegieGO by Regie.ai
Best for: Individual sellers who want inexpensive AI prospecting support alongside email and a dialer.

RegieGO has the lowest published starting price in this shortlist. Its Pro plan costs US$49 per month with monthly billing and includes 5,000 credits. You can first try the workspace with a one-time allocation of 250 free credits, which lets you explore the product before paying for ongoing use.
The RegieGO workflow brings contact research and message drafting into the same workspace as outreach. It can send through your connected Gmail or Outlook account and prepare calls for you to make. With the built-in CRM, you can keep contacts in RegieGO or sync with HubSpot if that’s where you already work.
We’d choose RegieGO if you want help researching contacts and drafting messages while you handle the conversations. For an agent that answers objections and books meetings independently, Reply and AiSDR are better fits.
RegieGO uses the same credit allowance for research and enrichment as it does for drafting and dialing. Five thousand credits therefore do not mean 5,000 researched prospects. How far the allowance goes depends on which actions you use for each prospect, and unused credits don’t roll over to the following month.
9. Qualified Piper
Best for: Companies that want to convert website visitors and other inbound leads into sales meetings.

Piper helps with the prospects who have already found you. It can engage a website visitor in a conversation and work out whether that person should speak with sales. When the visitor qualifies, Piper can book a meeting with the appropriate rep. That makes it a useful choice when interest arrives outside the hours your team can cover.
With Salesforce connected, Piper can use existing account information to shape the conversation. It can also create a lead and route a qualified visitor to the assigned account owner. Inbound email follow-up extends the conversation beyond the website, so a promising visit doesn’t have to end when the buyer closes the tab.
Qualified sells Piper through custom-priced plans. Qualified’s Enterprise plan supports multiple websites and brands, so it’s relevant when one team manages more than one site.
We’d choose Piper when website visitors are waiting for answers your team can’t provide promptly. If your immediate problem is finding new people to contact, start with an outbound tool and revisit Piper when you have inbound interest to follow up.
Compare what the AI actually handles
AI-assisted tools and autonomous agents can both save work, but they leave different responsibilities with your team. This matrix separates finding prospects from generating messages and handling replies. A scheduled follow-up is part of a sequence; answering a new question is a separate capability.
| Rank | Tool | Finding or researching prospects | Sending workflow | Message generation | Handling replies |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Aimfox Avatars | Native LinkedIn search; optional external research through CSV | Native LinkedIn campaigns from rented profiles | Native AI Variables using profile context | Team uses shared inbox; autonomous AI replies not verified |
| 2 | Reply Jason AI | Native AI sourcing and contact research | Native email and LinkedIn sequences | Native per-contact AI personalization | Native automatic answers, drafts or human escalation |
| 3 | AiSDR | Native AI research with a contact allowance | Native email and LinkedIn outreach | Native researched AI messages | Native AI replies with copilot option |
| 4 | Salesforge Agent Frank | Native continuous prospecting or uploaded contacts | Native email outreach | Native research-based personalization | Native email handling and meeting requests |
| 5 | Amplemarket Duo | Native buying signals and contact research | Native multichannel sequences after rep review | Native sequence drafts | Duo Inbox drafts for the rep |
| 6 | 11x Alice | Native research and prospect qualification | Native multichannel outreach | Native AI personalization | Native Smart Replies with human escalation |
| 7 | Artisan Ava | Native lead sourcing and research | Native email; human calling through a paid dialer add-on | Native personalized outreach | Native autonomous replies and booking |
| 8 | RegieGO | Native AI sourcing and enrichment | Connected email and a dialer for the rep | Native AI drafting | Autonomous reply handling not verified |
| 9 | Qualified Piper | Native visitor/account context for inbound leads | Native website conversations and inbound email | Native contextual responses | Native qualification and meeting routing |
Native means the capability is provided in the product, subject to the plan and usage limits explained above. External research requires another tool. Unverified means the public material doesn’t establish that capability, rather than prove it is unavailable.
Why the same prospect list can cost different amounts
Comparing monthly prices gets more useful once you know what each subscription counts. A researched person is different from a message sent to that person. Even two products that use the term “active contacts” can measure activity differently, which changes how much work your subscription supports.
Take a list of 200 people you want to contact over a month. Suppose you plan one opening message and three follow-ups for each person. That creates 800 planned messages before anyone replies or leaves the sequence. The table shows how the published billing models apply to that same starting list.
| Rank | Product | What the subscription counts | What the 200-person example means |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Aimfox Avatars | Rented profiles and outreach seats | You still buy the three-profile bundle; the 200-person list does not determine the rental price |
| 3 | AiSDR Solo | Research credits and separate message credits | About 200 researched contacts and 800 messages use the advertised approximate allowances; longer sequences require more message capacity |
| 2 | Reply Jason AI Starter | Unique active contacts starting outreach during the month | 200 people use 200 of the 1,000-contact allowance; follow-ups do not each become another contact |
| 4 | Agent Frank | Contacts being worked at the same time | 200 simultaneously active people occupy 200 of the 1,000 active-contact places; the limit is not a monthly new-prospect allowance |
| 6 | 11x Alice Growth | New prospects per month | 200 new prospects use 200 of the 2,000-prospect allowance; extra touchpoints do not count as extra prospects |
For AiSDR, extending that example to six messages per person would mean 1,200 planned messages. The list still contains 200 people, but the sending requirement is now above Solo’s roughly 800-message allowance. Its separate credit pools are why a contact count alone doesn’t settle the plan choice.
Reply counts people who receive their first outreach message during the month. Frank counts the contacts it is handling at the same time. Removing completed contacts frees space for new ones, so the number of people Frank can contact in a month depends on how long each stays active.
Before choosing a plan, write down your expected new prospects and the messages you’ll send each one. Compare plans that cover both totals, including their billing terms and any domains or mailboxes you need to buy.
How to choose around your sales process
Start with the work you want the software to handle. If you already know whom you want to contact on LinkedIn, Aimfox Avatars supplies rented profiles and software to run their campaigns. Our broader LinkedIn automation comparison covers alternatives for outreach through your existing profiles.
For deeper research in an Aimfox campaign, prepare findings about each prospect in another AI tool and export them with the LinkedIn profile URLs. Aimfox’s CSV custom variables let you import those findings and use them in messages sent by the Avatar accounts. Your team still chooses the audience and offer, then handles the replies.
If answering prospect questions takes too much time, compare the tools with AI reply handling in our AI SDR category. Reply lets you decide which types of questions the AI can answer automatically. AiSDR’s Solo plan combines AI replies with a subscription for one seller. Alice and Artisan also handle replies as part of their managed outreach services.
The channels you use will narrow the choice further. With multichannel sales tools, compare how email and LinkedIn work together in a sequence. For a team with website visitors waiting for answers, Piper’s inbound conversations may address the more immediate need.
Frequently asked questions
What is an AI SDR tool?
An AI SDR tool uses artificial intelligence to perform parts of a sales development representative's work. That can include researching prospects and writing outreach. Some also handle replies and book meetings. The useful distinction is how much the tool does automatically and where a person remains involved.
Can AI SDR tools replace a human SDR?
They can take over defined parts of prospecting and outreach, but the products here still need information about your business and the customers you want. Some require message approval, while others escalate conversations they cannot handle. Choose based on the responsibilities you want to automate rather than assume every product replaces a complete sales role.
Are there free AI SDR tools?
RegieGO provides a free starting allocation of 250 credits without a credit card. Those credits let you try its workspace, but they are a one-time allocation rather than a fresh monthly allowance. Its paid Pro plan supplies 5,000 credits per month for US$49 with monthly billing. Other products may offer trials, which are different from an ongoing free plan.
Do AI SDR tools integrate with a CRM?
Several do, but the connection differs by product and plan. AiSDR's Solo plan includes native two-way HubSpot integration. Artisan supports two-way HubSpot and Salesforce synchronization. Qualified can use Salesforce account data during website conversations and route qualified leads to their account owners. Choose the integration that supports your actual handoff to sales.
Our recommendation
For LinkedIn prospecting through rented accounts, we’d start with Aimfox Avatars if your team can choose the audience and answer replies. Choose Reply’s Jason AI when you also want the software to research prospects and answer their questions.
Honorable mentions
Apollo

Apollo is useful if you already run outreach there and want to add AI research without moving the whole process. Its AI research fields can help qualify contacts and personalize messages in sequences. We’d compare that existing capability before buying a separate agent, especially when research is your main bottleneck and your team intends to keep managing conversations.
Clay

Clay suits teams that want to design their own research and qualification process. Claygent Builder lets you create agents for account research or lead scoring and use them in workflows. You can export that research and import it into an Aimfox campaign. Choose Clay if you want to configure the research yourself before passing it to your outreach tool.
